Let's get honest with ourselves: Those dimples and bumps in our arms and buttocks look annoying, right?

Cellulite is a common problem in women. According to Mayo Clinic, most women will have it after puberty. Some lean women have cellulite, but it becomes most visible in those who gain weight. Living a sedentary lifestyle makes cellulite noticeable too.

You're here because you probably want to know whether diet can help you reduce its appearance for good — specifically a low-carb, high-fat keto diet.

Before I answer t h at question, let's first learn what cellulite is and its causes. We're also going to explore the best natural ways to get rid of it.

This means that you cannot eat a keto diet without changing other aspects of your life. These include your sleep, physical activity, stress management, and more. To make keto work, you need to make healthy changes with the way you live.

1. Exercise

It's time to get more active. If you already exercise, challenge yourself by increasing your workout times and intensity.
